How quickly will I receive my e-ticket?
Once payment is confirmed, your e-ticket is typically issued within 30 minutes to 2 hours. For bookings made outside business hours, your ticket will be issued the next morning.
Can I change or cancel after booking?
Changes and cancellations depend on the fare rules of your ticket. Flexible fares can usually be changed or refunded. Budget fares may be non-refundable. We'll clearly explain the rules of your specific fare before you book.
Is it safe to pay online?
