This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which I Travel & Tourism Ltd will process refund requests for flights and travel services booked through our platform.
Refunds are governed by the terms and conditions of the airline or travel provider you booked with. As a travel agent, we process refunds on your behalf and are bound by the rules of each supplier. Our service fee is non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price under UK261/EU261 regulations. We will process refund requests on your behalf within 3–7 working days of receiving the refund from the airline. Airlines may take 6–12 weeks to process refunds.
If you choose to cancel your booking:
Changes to existing bookings (dates, names, routes) are subject to the airline's change fee plus our administration fee of £30 per passenger per change. Name corrections of minor typographical errors may be made free of charge within 24 hours of booking.
To initiate a refund, please contact us with your booking reference:
Please have your booking reference, passenger names, and reason for cancellation ready. We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 working days.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days after processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unexpected cancellation costs, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
