A booking confirmation email constitutes the contract between you and the service provider

4. Health Requirements

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations where such failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, government restrictions, or industrial action.
