1. About Us

I Travel & Tourism Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company No: 15507393), with registered office at SUITE 1, FIRST FLOOR, 730 ROMFORD ROAD, LONDON, ENGLAND, E12 6BT. We act as a travel agent on behalf of airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.

2. Booking Services

We facilitate the booking of flights, holidays, and ancillary travel services. When you make a booking, you enter into a contract directly with the relevant airline or service provider. We act as an intermediary and are not the principal party to such contracts.

3. Your Responsibilities

4. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to or cancellation of bookings are subject to the terms of the relevant airline or service provider. Cancellation fees and restrictions vary significantly. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before a booking is confirmed. Secure payment processing is handled by accredited third-party providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for any booking is limited to the amount paid by you for that booking. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us at info@itravelandtourism.co.uk or call 02038806682. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and resolve them within 28 days.
