2. Booking Services

We facilitate the booking of flights, holidays, and ancillary travel services. When you make a booking, you enter into a contract directly with the relevant airline or service provider. We act as an intermediary and are not the principal party to such contracts.

• All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the relevant supplier
• Prices displayed are accurate at the time of display but may change before confirmation
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from us
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed

3. Your Responsibilities

• You must ensure all passenger details provided are accurate and match travel documents
• You are responsible for ensuring all travellers hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation
• You must arrive at the airport with sufficient time before your scheduled departure
• You are responsible for reading all supplier terms and conditions

4. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to or cancellation of bookings are subject to the terms of the relevant airline or service provider. Cancellation fees and restrictions vary significantly. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before a booking is confirmed. Secure payment processing is handled by accredited third-party providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for any booking is limited to the amount paid by you for that booking. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
